Official Contest Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DENTAL APPOINTMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIRED.

The Golden Ticket Summer Contest is held by Mount Royal Dental Choice located at RM Z006 lower level, Wyckham House Student Centre, 4825 Mt Royal Gate SW, Calgary, AB.

By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.

1. Contest Period

The Golden Ticket Summer Contest begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

The contest includes four monthly prize periods and one grand prize draw:

The contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who are the age of majority at the time of entry.

Employees, dentists, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members or household members of Mount Royal Dental Choice, Dental Choice, and any parties involved in administering the contest are not eligible to enter.

The contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

No purchase or appointment is necessary to enter or win.

There are two ways to enter:

Option 1: Clinic Visit Entry

Eligible entrants may receive one entry into the applicable monthly prize draw by visiting Mount Royal Dental Choice during that month’s prize period.

Limit of one entry per person per monthly prize period, regardless of method of entry.

Option 2: No Purchase Necessary Entry

To enter without visiting the clinic, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment, eligible entrants may submit a written entry by email to [email protected] with the subject line: Golden Ticket Summer Contest Entry.

The entry must include:

Entrant’s full name
Phone number
Email address
City of residence
The monthly prize period being entered
A short original written response of 300 words or more answering the following question:

“What is one thing you love about summer in Calgary or Alberta?”

No-purchase entries must be received before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the final day of the applicable monthly prize period.

Each eligible no-purchase entry will receive the same odds of winning as an eligible clinic visit entry.

Limit of one entry per person per monthly prize period, regardless of method of entry.

4. Grand Prize Entry

Each eligible monthly entry received between May 1 and August 31, 2026 will also be entered into the grand prize draw.

Entrants may receive a maximum of one grand prize entry per monthly prize period, for a maximum of four grand prize entries during the full contest period.

5. Prizes

The following prizes are available to be won:

Two Saturday General Admission tickets to Country Thunder.
Approximate retail value: $250 CAD

Stampede Bundle, including all-day ride passes and $100 in Stampede Bucks.
Approximate retail value: $200 CAD

Picnic in the Park prize pack, including a picnic basket, grocery gift card, and summer goodies.
Approximate retail value: $200 CAD

Two Matt Rife tickets.
Approximate retail value: $180 CAD

One $500 Chinook Centre gift card.
Approximate retail value: $500 CAD

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be made. If a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Mount Royal Dental Choice is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, damaged, or unused tickets, passes, gift cards, or prize components after they have been awarded.

6. Draw Dates

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable prize period.

Draws will take place on or around the following dates:

Draw dates may be adjusted at the sponsor’s discretion if required for administrative reasons.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable prize period.

A purchase, payment, dental appointment, or dental treatment will not increase the chances of winning.

8. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Confirm eligibility;
Comply with these Official Contest Rules; and

If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 2 business daysor does not comply with these rules, the selected entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.

9. General Conditions

By entering the contest, entrants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and with all decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.

The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, provides false or misleading information, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way that is unfair, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the contest.

The sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable entries or communications.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name, last initial, city, and/or prize information for contest administration and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

No patient health information or dental treatment information will be shared publicly.

Any winner photo, testimonial, or additional promotional content will only be used with the winner’s express consent.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for this contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest, contacting selected entrants, awarding prizes, and complying with legal requirements.

Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately provided consent.

12. Release of Liability

By entering the contest, entrants release and hold harmless Mount Royal Dental Choice, Dental Choice, their owners, dentists, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and prize suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

13. Third-Party Disclaimer

This contest is administered by Mount Royal Dental Choice.

Country Thunder, Calgary Stampede, Matt Rife, Chinook Centre, and any other named prize-related organizations are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this contest unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, event names, and venue names are the property of their respective owners.
